Reserva / Sauvignon Blanc
Casa Blanca Valley
The grapes for this wine come from the Yerbas Buenas sector of the Andean foothills. The soils are sandy clay-loam of alluvial origin with a presence of gravel. The proximity to the mountains generates a microclimate that enables the production of very fresh and highly aromatic grapes. The fruit is machine harvested at the precise moment of ripeness and the grapes are selected.
Of bright yellow color with greenish hues,
this wine offers on the nose aromas of green apples and of citric fruits, such as limes.
It feels fresh and well-balanced on the palate, with a well-defined expression of limes and green apples.
