Our Wines

Reserva / Chardonnay

Origin

Casa Blanca Valley
The grapes for this wine come from the Yerbas Buenas sector of the Andean  foothills. The soils are sandy clay-loam of alluvial origin with a presence of gravel.  The proximity to the mountains generates a microclimate that enables the production of very fresh and highly aromatic grapes. The fruit is machine  harvested at the precise moment of ripeness and the grapes are selected.

Winemaking
The grapes are pressed and decanted at low temperatures to obtain a very clean must. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at approximately 14°C. The wine is held on its fine lees until bottling to preserve freshness and increase the creaminess and volume on the palate.
