The fruit for this wine comes from vineyards in the Maule Valley where there is a predominance of alluvial. gravel-type sods eat, fow fer.ty with and important clay loam at the basis of the profile . tale vertically positioned and double guyot pruned. Wine making
After harvest the grapes are crushed.leay.ng approximately 2096 of the berries whole. The crushed Tot then undergoes a 3-day to maceration prior to fermentation. which uses selected,roasts and lasts another 15 days. Light daily pumpavers aid in extracting color and structure for the wine.
